After being crowned ruler once again, the Dark Lord of Agniin continues his quest to unite all monsters under one banner. Upon arriving in the Land of Dragons, he finds their kingdom locked in a feud with the vampires. The vampire queen proves willing to set differences aside, so the Dark Lord returns to the Dragon King with the hopes of forging an alliance. Thinking the Dark Lord weak, Nine Dust refuses his attempts at peace talks and instead chooses violence. But his problems have only just begun once his citizens witness his demoralizing defeat. Can the Dark Lord salvage this alliance and display true leadership, or is the Land of Dragons doomed to plunge into chaos?
